MetaThriving2dMax offers an "AI Website Builder" (as a one-time lifetime deal), "Done-For-You" (DFY) website services, and various Digital Marketing Services (including SEO, SMM, Chatbots, etc.). All services are provided as described on the Service pages.
License: Purchase of the Lifetime Deal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the AI Website Builder.
Commercial Use: This license includes commercial rights, allowing you to build and sell websites for third-party clients.
Ownership & Export: You retain full ownership of any websites you create. You have the right to export the website's HTML, CSS, and JS files to host on any web hosting provider of your choice.
Refunds: This product is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
Agreement: All DFY and Digital Marketing services require a clear scope of work, which may be established via email, project brief (onboarding form), or a formal proposal.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, branding), and access to required accounts (hosting, social media, etc.) for us to complete the service.
Payments & Refunds: These are custom, labor-intensive services. Payments are typically made upfront or in milestones. Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MetaThriving2dMax. You may not use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by MetaThriving2dMax. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that MetaThriving2dMax shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
In no event shall MetaThriving2dMax, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
